Information about the processing of personal data

It is important that you know that we process the personal data you provide to us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with the European Parliament andcouncil (EU) 2016/679. You are entitled to request information about the registered personal data, correct it or erasure if it is granted on the basis of your consent. If automated processing takes place, you have the right to an overnightdata transfer and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on thatdecision.  If you have any questions or requests regarding the processing  of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the address of the company’s registered office. 

Securing yourdata iss

Bi4, s.r.o. takes care of the security of the personal data you transfer to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect your data with regard to the seriousness of its processing. No unauthorised person has access to your personal data that we have obtained from you and we do not transfer it to other entities for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or in the case of the protection of our legal interests. 

Right to information

Your right is to ask Bi4, s.r.o. for information, what personal data and to what extent and for what purpose we process about you. We will provide you with this information free of charge within 30 days at the latest, and in emergency situations no later than within 90 days. We will inform you in a timely mannerabout the extension of the deadline in extraordinary circumstances. If you require the disclosure of the information we record about you, we will first need to verify that you are actually the person to whom this information belongs. Please provide a sufficient identification of you in your application. If necessary,we have the right to request additional information to identify you before providing you with the personal data we process for you. It is our right to reasonablyreject requests for information that is unreasonable or unreasonably repeated , or requires unreasonable efforts to obtain it, or would be difficult to obtain (typically from backupsystems, archives, etc.). 

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain the personal data we record about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Upon your request, this data may be passed to another administrator. 

Data update, right of rectification

As personal data may change over time (e.g. change of Surname), we will be happy if you inform us that there has been any change in your personal data so that your personal data is up-to-date and there are no mistakes.  The submission of information on the change of data is strictly necessary in order to be able to properly carry out our activities of the Controller. This also relates to your right to repair thepersonallimbs and services we record about you. If you find that our data is no longer up-to-date, you have the right to request its correction. 

Objections

If you believe that we do not process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and the Union, you have the right to object and we will check the validity of your request as asuccession. At the time of the objection, the processing of your personal data will be restricted until it is verified whether the objection is justified. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that the act registered is not accurate, or if we process it unlawfully and if you believe that we no longer need such data for thepurposes of its processing. 

Right to erasure

If you have ever given us your consent to the processing of your personal data (e.g. em ail address within the framework of the newsletter you send), you have the right to withdraw it at any time and we are obliged to delete the data that we process solely on the basisof your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to the data processed within the framework of the obligation to perform the contract, legal reasons or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems that automatically ensure the resilience of all our systems and perform the function of data loss protection in case of accidents, it is not in our power to delete this data even from backup systems, and it is often not even technically feasible. However, this data is no longer actively processed and will not be used for other processing purposes.

We monitor and analyze websites using analytics services. None of the data we analyze using this service is your personal data. With this service, we collect trafficand geo-graphic data, browser and operating system information from which you access our website. We use all this information for marketing purposes, for the purpose of further improving the website and content, as well as for legal protection purposes.
