Zálohování faktur a import ISDOC
Jako další důležitou funkcionalitu jsme vyrobili zálohování faktur, které uloží všechny schválené i neschválené faktury do samostatného adresáře podle čísla vlastní firmy a podle daného roku v kterém faktura přišla do schvalovacího systému. Dále systém exportuje a faktury do excelového souboru Archive.xlsx s informacemi o tom, kdo kdy danou fakturu schválil.
Pro systém schvalování faktur je ideální, pokud data faktury můžeme načíst přes výměnný systém ISDOC, který zajišťuje a nahrání dat bez rizika překlepů do schvalovacího systému. Následně tato data můžeme bez rizika překlepů převést do informačního systému Pohoda a proto je ideální, pokud dodavatelé zasílají informace v formátu ISDOC. V lednu jsme rozšířili funkcionalitu tak, že můžeme načítat i data, která jsou zabudovaná přímo v PDF souboru a nebo která jsou naopak zabalená ve formátu ISDOCX.
Rozšíří-li jsme také export z XML pro Pohodu do obecného souboru ISDOC. Takže nyní po schválení faktur, může administrátorka systému faktury importovat i do dalších IS sdružených do iniciativy https://mv.gov.cz/isdoc/
A unified quality documentation solution across three countries
The National Development Bank is undoubtedly one of the most important customers of 2025. However, the most interesting customer of the year is ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions CZ s.r.o. (manufacturer of FAB lock cylinders). The company needed to solve the problem of quality documentation at its plants in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Poland so that uniform standards would apply to all countries. At the same time, it was necessary to be able to track incidents in production and enforce them for individual user roles (Auditor, Process Guarantor, Subprocess Guarantor, and Regular User).
Key implementation for Gating Services
Gating Services, a.s. was a major customer in 2024. We implemented a proven invoice approval solution connected to Pohoda SQL from GreenBuddies. With multiple companies and a large number of invoices, this is the optimal solution for connecting orders in Pohoda, project managers, approval responsibilities, and web access into a single entity that saves work and does not require much maintenance.
Development of a customized application for Colsys fleet management
Development of a customized application for colsys. The company manages an extensive vehicle fleet and needs to control vehicle repair and maintenance. They managed the system using Excel, which significantly complicated their work. After deploying the application, where rights were clearly distributed according to user types (fleet manager, fleet technician, fleet accountant, vehicle user), they now have a BI report on vehicle interventions.
New implementations for Orkla Foods and Greenbuddies
For Greenbuddies, s.r.o. (greenbuddies.eu – one of the largest modern technology companies in the field of solar parks in Europe), we implemented invoice approval with a connection to Pohoda SQL. This new technology allows for complete data download from ERP to Bi4Faktury without the need to enter anything anywhere. Approval takes place for 6 of our own companies (there will be 20 in 2025) in one place. All approvers can see everything that needs to be approved, regardless of which of their companies it concerns.
Orkla Foods has implemented our parking management solution
In 2021, Orkla Foods Czechia and Slovakia (manufacturer of brands such as Vitana) decided to use our parking administration solution.
Placing your application on Azure Marketplace
Microsoft has evaluated Approve Hot Seating & Parking as a trouble-free application built on the company’s technology. At the same time, it has been included in the global Azure Marketplace list. Only applications that pass Microsoft’s approval process are available on this platform.
Cooperation with MB - SVING s.r.o.
We delivered an application focused on invoice approval for MB – SVING s.r.o.
Power Platform Fundamentals Certificate
Karel Nekuža successfully passed the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) exam. This demonstrates his expertise and understanding of Microsoft’s Power tools.

Continuation of cooperation
We are continuing our cooperation with Intelligent Technologies for a manufacturing company from Děčín. We are preparing an application for the approval of investment costs.
Power Apps Training
We conducted Power Apps training for Zebra Technologies. The customer’s goal is to have a team of trained people to create their own applications on Microsoft 365.

Approval of invoices for three multinational manufacturing companies owned by the same owner, with an interesting feature. One branch of the approval process leads to Switzerland. For the first time, we also applied four levels of approval, which are governed by invoice volume limits.
Cooperation with Inkoros spol. s r. o.
Expert consultation and delivery of an application for Inkoros spol. s r. o. helped kick-start the deployment of an internal information system in the area of vehicle fleets and business travel optimization.

Collaboration with Intelligent Technologies
We have started cooperation with Intelligent Technologies, one of the best companies in the Czech Republic in the field of Business Intelligence. We have created a financial planning application for one of our customers in the financial sector. The technology used is based on SQL Server in Azure and Power Apps embedded in a BI report.

Bi4 has become Microsoft partner number 6020921 at the Commercial Marketplace level. This level of partnership allows Bi4 to share and publish solutions (applications) on the global market and sell them further.
PowerApps training at Atlas Copco Services, s.r.o.
Mr. Miroslav Jakuba said about us: “We purchased a 5-day PowerApps training package from Bi4, s.r.o. Even though we had no experience with PowerApps and the training participants were not IT specialists, trainer Karel Nekuža was able to teach us the basic principles and navigation of the application, editing and formatting individual “screens,” connecting to various data sources, and setting basic conditions and functionalities for individual objects (buttons, icons, etc.). We also learned how to leverage synergies with other Office 365 tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Active Directory. Understanding how PowerApps work allows us to create much more accurate specifications for application development, testing, and maintenance. The training was purely practical and interactive and included the creation of two functional applications. One of them is currently in production and has significantly contributed to streamlining the management of our parking spaces.”
Arrival of another colleague
Jindřich Nevěčný has been working for the company since September 2019. Jindra is a specialist in SharePoint, Office 365 configuration, and general ITC. He quickly integrated into the team. Today, Jindra is a great team member and is responsible for most customer deliveries. He really enjoys working in Power Automation (formerly MS Flow).
Jindra has passed several Microsoft exams and obtained several certificates:
- MCSA: Windows Server 2012,
- MCP: Enabling Office 365 Services,
- MCTS: Forefront Client and Server Configuring
Delivery of solution to first customer
After a very short period of study, we delivered an invoice processing solution to IDPS. Invoice processing greatly improved the delivery approval process for this construction company.
Team expansion
In May, we expanded our team with Václav Nekuža, who helped us with Python. Thanks to him, we now have tools for better control over the PowerApps source code. Vašek is also the author of a solution for reading QR codes from incoming invoices, which greatly facilitates the work of assistants in processing invoices.
Vladimíra Blatná also started working for the company. Vladka is responsible for connecting our Bi4InApp application with the POHODA accounting system.
Start Bi4 s.r.o
In 2019, Eva and Karel Nekužovi joined forces with the existing company Kenek and began developing new Microsoft technologies. They are listed as founders, executives, and owners of the company.
Karel Nekuža leaves ELINKX a.s.
Ing. Karel Nekuža, MBA – founder of Bi4, served for six years as chairman of the board of directors at ELINKX a.s. in Ostrava. After reaching an agreement with shareholders, he returned to Brno to devote himself fully to the start-up company Bi4.
