We implemented Power Apps training for Zebra Technologies. The customer's goal is to have a team of trained people to create their own applications on Microsoft 365.

4 levels of approval
Approval of invoices for 3 multinational manufacturing companies of a common owner with an interesting feature. One of the branches of the approval process leads to Switzerland. For the first time, we also applied 4 levels of approval, which are governed by invoice volume limits.

Expert consultation and delivery of the application for the company Inkoros spol. s r. o. helped to move the deployment of the internal information system in the area of the vehicle fleet and the optimization of business trips.

Cooperation with Intelligent Technologies
We have started cooperation with the company Intelligent Technologies, which is one of the best companies in the Czech Republic for Business Intelligence deliveries. For one customer from the financial sector, we created an application for creating a financial plan. The technology used SQL server in Azure and Power Apps embedded in the BI report.

Bi4 has become Microsoft partner number 6020921 at the Commercial Marketplace level. This level of partnership allows Bi4 to share and publish solutions (applications) in the global market and resell them.

PowerApps training in Atlas Copco Services, s.r.o.
Mr. Miroslav Jakuba said of us: "We purchased a 5-day training package on PowerApps from Bi4, s.r.o. Although we had no experience with PowerApps and the participants in the training were not "ITs", trainer Karel Nekuža was able to teach us the basic principles and navigation in the application, edit and format individual ''screens'', connect to different data sources, or set basic conditions and functionality to individual objects (buttons, icons, etc.). We've also learned how to use synergies with other Office 365 tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, or Working with Active Directory. Understanding how PowerApps work allows us to create a much more accurate specification for app development, testing, and maintenance. One of them is currently being deployed for production and has made a significant contribution to the efficiency of the management of our parking spaces."

Team expansion
Jindrich joined the company in September 2019. Jindrich is a SharePoint specialist, Office 365 setup, and general ITC. Today, Jindrich is a great member of the team and is behind most customer deliveries. He enjoys working with Power Automation (formerly MS Flow) very much. Jindrich passed several Microsoft exams and certificates: - MCSA: Windows Server 2012, - MCP: Enabling Office 365 Services, - MCTS: Forefront Client and Server Configuring

Delivery of the solution to the first customer
After a very short period of study, we supplied a solution for the processing of invoices at the IDPS company. Invoice processing has greatly improved the process of supply approval for this construction company.

Team expansion
In May, we expanded the team with Václav Nekuža, who helped us in the Python area. It gives us tools to better control the PowerApps source code. Vaclav is also the author of a solution for reading QR codes from incoming invoices, which makes it very easy for assistants to work in invoice processing. Mrs. Vladimíra Blatná also started working for the company. Vladka is responsible for linking our Bi4InApp application to the POHODA accounting system.
